LEED Coordinators with the responsibility to coordinate LEED requirements during the Construction Stage
- Plot 10,479 m2 and is surrounded by four main roads. It consists of:
- Three basement levels reaching a maximum total BUA of 66,600 m2
- Ground + Sven floors taking up approximately 36,600 m2 BUA above ground
- The Main Consultant is Dar Al-Handasah.
- The Main Contractor is Alghanim
- The project is targeting LEED v4 BD+C Gold Certification (60 to 79 points in addition to prerequisites).
