LEED Consultants for the development of two plots in the North Investors Sector in the district of New Cairo by Gulf Company for Building & Construction (GBC) with a total plot area of 266,506 m². The North West Property, Al-Jazi Avenue, plot area 112,082 m², and The South East Property, Al-Jazi Gardens, plot area 154,423 m². The project is a complex of residential/commercial buildings and facilities such as a commercial mall, clubhouse, mosque…etc.

The project is targeting LEED 2009 Core & Shell Certification for four buildings:

1. Al Jazi Gardens G2-26

2. Al Jazi Avenue D1-41

3. Al Jazi Mall

4. Al Jazi Clubhouse
