LEED Consultants for NRDC, a research and development facility comprised of different laboratories, offices, meeting and convention spaces. It is located inside Dhahran Techno Valley, Dhahran, Eastern Province Saudi Arabia.

The building occupies a site area of 8,900 m², footprint 2,400 m², with a total built-up area of 4,000 m² over 3 floors. The project is targeting LEED BD+C v.4 Certification.
