2008 – 2015

LEED Coordinator for the detailed design and LEED follow up during construction for one main university campus in Riyadh, and two university branches in Jeddah and Hasa. Comprising world class educational, recreational, support and administrative buildings dedicated to health sciences with a total built-up area: 1,250,000 m². With 5 projects targeting LEED Certification, our goal was 2 Gold and 3 Certified; we achieved 4 Gold and 1 Silver:

• Riyadh Biomedical Research – Gold Certified
• Riyadh Hospital – Gold Certified
• Jeddah Research Building – Gold Certified
• Jeddah Administration and Deanship – Gold Certified
• Al Hasa Academic Campus – Silver Certified
