Sustainability Manager for the detailed design, tender documents, and supervision of construction for the LEED buildings of an educational complex with a total built-up area of 2.8 million m² and a student enrolment of 40,000.

The project includes 8 academic colleges, 6 health science colleges, 2 medical research laboratories, 600 – bed hospital, K-12 complex which achieved LEED for schools Gold, central library, administration building, outdoor and indoor sports facilities for 12,000 students and 10,000 visitors, mosques and central utility plants.

With 12 projects targeting LEED Certification, our goal was 1 Gold and 11 Certified; we achieved 4 Gold, 6 Silver and 2 Certified.
