Our Projects
With 15 years of Green Building experience, we contributed to 22 projects that achieved LEED certifications: 1 LEED Platinum, 10 Gold, 8 Silver and 2 Certified. A number of GSAS projects that achieved: 1 (4 stars) certification, 5 (3 stars) certification for the design, and 21 on their way to achieve 2, 3 and 4 stars under different typologies. In addition to ESTIDAMA Pearl Certified project in Abu Dhabi. We worked on various types of projects including Airport terminals, Academic campus, Hospitals, Healthcare Centers, Research Facilities, Library, Conference Center, School, Sports Facilities, Stadiums, Housing, Office Headquarters, Railway stations, Mosque, Private Residences, Residential Buildings, Tourist Resorts, Industrial Plants and others; in Cairo, Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Bahrain.
